Order & Service Policy
At Le Petit Croissant, every order is freshly prepared to order and carefully scheduled with our kitchen and delivery team. To ensure smooth operations and consistent quality for all our clients, we kindly ask that you review and respect the following policy before placing an order.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms below.
1. Orders & Modifications
Once an order is placed and confirmed, no changes can be made to the order content, including but not limited to:

Items
-
Quantities
-
Flavours
-
Packaging
-
Customisations
This is because production planning and ingredient preparation begin immediately.
Contact & Delivery Details

Changes to contact details or delivery information (name, phone number, address, access instructions) may be accepted up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery time.

Requests received less than 48 hours before delivery cannot be guaranteed and may be refused.
2. Cancellations & Date Changes

Cancellations are not accepted.

Orders may be moved to a different date provided that:

The request is made at least 48 hours before the original delivery time, and
-
The new date is available.
-
No date changes can be made within 48 hours of delivery.
3. Refund Policy

All sales are final.

We do not offer refunds for:
-
Change of mind
-
Scheduling conflicts
-
Errors or omissions made by the client at the time of ordering

Failed deliveries due to recipient unavailability
-
Refunds or replacements will only be considered in the rare case of a proven error on our part.
4. Pre-Orders & Lead Time

Clients are strongly encouraged to pre-order as early as possible to secure availability, especially during peak periods.

We also offer same-day and last-minute deliveries.
5. Delivery Responsibility
Our drivers will attempt delivery during the selected time window.
If:
-
The recipient does not answer the phone,
-
The delivery location is inaccessible, or
-
There is no safe place to leave the order (for example, building reception refuses to accept the delivery.
The driver will be required to return the order to our bakery.
In such cases:

The order will be considered fulfilled,
-
A second delivery attempt can be arranged at an additional delivery fee, subject to availability,
-
No refunds or credits will be issued.
6. Payment Terms

Full payment is required upfront for all standard orders.

We offer 30-day invoice payment terms exclusively to approved returning corporate clients.

All invoiced orders are subject to a 10% service fee.
-
Late payments may result in suspension of invoice privileges.
7. Force Majeure
Le Petit Croissant shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: severe weather, traffic disruptions, building security restrictions, strikes, or technical failures.
8. Legal
This policy is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
Le Petit Croissant reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
