Outlet Supervisor

Working Hours: 40 hours/week
Working Days: Tuesday to Saturday
Off Days: Sunday and Monday
Location: 79 Lucky Heights
Key Responsibilities

Oversee and participate in the day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow and maintaining high service standards

Run the front counter with a friendly, welcoming attitude

Perform all cashier duties with precision and efficiency

Support stock collection, inventory replenishment, and restocking processes

Ensure the outlet is clean, well-presented, and operating smoothly throughout the day
Requirements

Prior experience in F&B, retail, or customer service preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable handling cash and POS systems

Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Team player with a positive, proactive attitude

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and assemble menu items following our recipes and quality standards

Assist with baking and food preparation ahead of daily service

Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic kitchen at all times

Manage stock levels, inventory replenishment, and restocking of kitchen supplies

Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are followed throughout preparation and storage
Requirements

Prior experience in a kitchen or F&B environment preferred

Basic food hygiene certification a plus (or willingness to obtain one)

Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Flexible and reliable, with the ability to step in and cover shifts as needed

Team player with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
